origin of the concept

Behind the Eat Salad concept lies the success story of two discreet and daring entrepreneurs. Two brothers, Antoine & Joseph, inspired by a stay in the US, imagined a French-style salad bar. In contrast to traditional fast-food restaurants, they developed the idea of restaurants where people eat fast but well. Healthy food, attentive and careful service and an affordable price.

In 2013, the Eat Salad concept was born. Today, the brand represents 53 restaurants in France and will soon open elsewhere in Europe.
